This honey is an ode to a Hot Toddy (a mix of whisky, hot water, lemon and honey) created by infusing whisky with a classic Scottish Heather Honey. 

60 years of family tradition in raw honey bee keeping - Edinburgh Honey Company's beekeeping tradition has started with their grandfather Stan over 60 years ago in Poland. 

They are an independent, family-owned company with 60 years of beekeeping traditions. All of their honey is sourced in a sustainable and responsible way, both from their own apiaries in Scotland and their family’s in Poland.
