Faro Scarf - North Sea and Eggshell

A scarf with a tapestry-like pattern, inspired by the ‘familiar strangeness’ of mid-century Welsh blankets. Knitted in a fine 'birdseye' jacquard, meaning the reverse features all the colours from the design mixed together.

Made by Hilary Grant, a textile design studio and knitwear factory based on the Northerly Scottish islands of Orkney. The studio is a partnership between Hilary Grant + Robbie Harvey, who have backgrounds in Textile Design + Architecture. They specialise in original knitted pattern, with an intuitive, exploratory approach to colour.

Knitted & hand finished in their new Orkney factory, with yarns are spun & dyed in Kinross, Scotland.

Measurements: 47cm x 194cm / 19″ x 76″. 
100% superfine Lambswool. Hand wash or dry-clean only.
