Bare Bones Chocolate Mini Collection

A collection of 4 x 20g bars from single-origin chocolate makers Bare Bones:

1 x 70% Madagascar 
1 x 55% Honduras Milk
1 x 68% Dominican Salted 
1 x 65% Guatemala 

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
