Bare Bones Chocolate - 54% Honduras Milk with Coffee

A 70g bar of Honduras 54% milk chocolate, with tasting notes of dates, fudge, cream and delicate coffee, from single-original chocolate makers Bare Bones. 

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
