Bare Bones Chocolate - 65% Guatemala Dark

A 70g bar of Guatemala 65% dark chocolate with tasting notes of pecan, honey, & brown sugar, from single-original chocolate makers Bare Bones. 

Bare Bones produce chocolate completely from scratch in their Glasgow city centre workshop, in micro-batches of around 30kg at a time. They use organically farmed cacao beans sourced from small co-operatives, roasted in a modified Giesen coffee roaster.
